We’re sorry to see you go, but if you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time. Once you cancel, your membership will end immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

If your membership is billed on a monthly or annual basis, you will still have full access to your account and services for the remainder of the term you’ve already paid for. For example, if you’re on a monthly plan and cancel mid-month, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of that month.

To cancel your membership online:

1. Log into your member dashboard.
2. Click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select the Protection Plan tab.
4. Click the Cancel button under your current plan.
